Who we are

A machinery builder, not a trading desk

We are a Shandong-based manufacturer of compact and mid-size earthmoving equipment. Our plant cuts, welds, machines and assembles the machines you see on this site — the frames, lift arms, buckets and backhoe assemblies are ours, and the engines, axles and hydraulics are specified by us.

That structure matters when something goes wrong two years after delivery. There is no trading company between you and the people who built the machine: you write to us, we look up the serial number and we send the right part.

  • Own production line for loaders, backhoes, forklifts and dumpers, with sub-assembly bays for engines, axles and hydraulics.
  • Standardised components across the range so a dealer stocking three models does not need three parts catalogues.
  • Export-first mindset — documentation, loading plans and English-language parts books are part of the process, not an afterthought.
Production

Four stages, all under one roof

Nothing is outsourced to a mystery subcontractor. Plate, weld, assembly and test all happen on the same site.

01

Cutting & welding

Plate is cut and formed, then welded into frames, lift arms and buckets on jigs. Plate thickness runs 25 mm on the small loaders and 30 mm from 2 t upward.

02

Sub-assembly

Engines, transmissions, axles and hydraulic lines are prepared and tested as units before they meet the chassis.

03

Final assembly

Powertrain, hydraulics, cab, tyres and attachments are fitted on the line, with the machine cycled as each system comes online.

04

Test & dispatch

Every unit is run, photographed and inspected before it is braced into a container with its attachments and spare parts kit.

Quality control

Checked at four points, not one

Final inspection catches assembly mistakes. It does not catch a bad weld or a mismatched axle. So we check earlier as well.

  • Incoming components — engines, axles, tyres and hydraulic parts are checked against the model specification before they enter the line.
  • Weld and structure — frames, lift arms and buckets are inspected after welding, before paint.
  • Function test — loader cycle, backhoe cycle, steering, brakes and hydraulics are run on every unit.
  • Pre-loading check — attachments, tools, spare parts and documents are verified against the packing list, then photographed.
Working with us

How an order runs

From first message to container arrival — the sequence most of our dealers follow.

01

Tell us the job

Material, ground conditions, truck height, dig depth, engine brand preference and voltage/tyre requirements for your market.

02

Model & quote

We recommend one or two models, quote FOB or CIF, and send a loading plan with the attachments and spare parts included.

03

Build & photos

Production photos at each stage, then a pre-loading photo set with the serial numbers and the packed spare parts.

04

Ship & support

Documents by courier and email, commissioning support by video, and parts supply by model and serial number afterwards.
